A
non-refundable deposit of £100 must
accompany the booking form and the
balance due six weeks prior to departure.
A refundable £50 key/damage deposit
is required when paying the final
balance, which is fully refunded on
safe return of the keys , providing
no damage is caused or abnormal cleaning
required.
The apartment is prepared prior to
your arrival, with clean linen and
towels provided. Beach towels not
provided.
It is available from 4 pm on arrival
and must be vacated by 10 am on departure
day.
Charges are based upon 4 persons.
For additional child, a folding bed
would need to be hired. We can arrange
delivery, for which you would have
to pay charges locally in Spain (approx.
£20). Sorry, no pets.
